• Max of (2) pets per apartment.
• Weight limit of 75lbs per pet.
• Non-refundable pet fees are: $300 for (1) pet, $500 for (2) pets.
• Pet Rent: $25/month/pet.
• Breed restrictions apply.
• All pets must be approved through Pet Screening prior to move in or prior to pet residing at community.
